Summary: I really wanted to be able to see New York from the house. I thought the view of NY at night was good enough to remind me where I was. We are from Texas, and it was our first time in the state. We were able to visit NY, and eat at a lot of good food in the area around the house. The park directly across the street is really pretty, and we only saw it in the winter. The House layout it pretty cool. I would stay here again for sure.

Summary: Peter and his team did an outstanding job. The location is so convenient to getting around the city. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city. I would recommend Peters place to anyone. Peters help in navigating all the options in transportation was a tremendous help. Again if your looking for a clean quiet and convenient place this is the place. Job well done by Peter and team

Summary: I am very satisfied with my family's stay here. Peter and his family were very accommodating and wonderful. They were always available to answer my questions and or fix any issues in the house(which were none). I look forward to my next trip to New York/New Jersey. I plan to stay with them again and will recommend them to every one.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment had plenty of room to spread out and having the balcony was a plus. It was relaxing to get away from the city and watch the park life in the evenings. It’s close to grocery shopping, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen. We ended up using Uber (had planned on the bus and maybe the train). Uber is very convenient. Not cheap, but super convenient for the 5 of us. We had minor issues with the air mattress and the patter of feet above. But it was all manageable. A great, affordable place to stay.

Summary: Property manager and owner are very accommodating. Space is very clean and lots of room to stretch out. Right across the street from tennis courts, basketball and playground. Near Hoboken, which has a neat little downtown. Easy bus access to Manhatten. Would recommend!
